This Remington 870 scope mount Picatinny rail installs directly to the receiver, providing a secure platform for mounting scopes and red dot optics.
✅ Fits: Remington Model 870 (12 Gauge) & 870 Fieldmaster.
⚠️ Requirement: Your shotgun receiver MUST be drilled and tapped (have 4 screw holes on top) for this to fit. Most older field models are smooth on top and will require a gunsmith to install this.

Fitment Note – Remington 870 (20 Gauge Youth Models)
This rail may require modification when installed on Remington 870 20 gauge youth models. Due to differences in receiver and barrel rib geometry, the front of the rail can extend too far forward and contact the beginning of the barrel rib. This may prevent the rail from sitting flush when screws are torqued to spec.
Recommended Solutions:
- Shorten the overall length of the rail, or
- Machine relief at the front of the rail to clear the barrel rib
Failure to address this interference may result in improper fitment.
