Torque Specifications:

• Plate to Slide Screws: HK recommends 2Nm or 17.7 in/lbs (not included but can be reused or purchased as an add-on). It is recommended to replace these screws after 2,000 rounds.
• Red Dot to Plate Screws: We recommend 15 in/lbs (hardware included).

Easy Installation Guide

1. Ensure your firearm is unloaded and safe.
2. Remove the factory rear cover plate from the slide.
3. Install the EGW sight mount onto the slide and torque the mounting plate screws to HK's recommended 17.7 in/lbs.
4. Place your red dot sight onto the EGW adapter plate. Pro-Tip: Placing a thin piece of paper between the sight and the plate can prevent Loctite from adhering to your optic and makes future removal easier.
5. Apply a small amount of blue Loctite to the threads of the provided red dot mounting screws.
6. Torque the red dot mounting screws to 15 in/lbs.
