Description
This sight set uses the Heinie Classic rear design. It is the original rear design produced by Heinie and offers a clear, crisp sight picture when paired with the Heinie front. Equipped with the legendary Straight Eight night sight system, it is a must have addition to your firearm. One single tritium insert in the rear (for low-light and nightime shooting) that aligns vertically with the single tritium front insert (when used as a set). This vertical alignment is proven to be faster and less confusing for the human eye.
Machining of the slide is required for installation. Heinie recommends using a competent pistolsmith for installation. HSP offers installation, turn around time is currently running about 1-2 weeks.
Blued finish, rust preventative is recommended.
